Mushroom cultivation
In addition to our own mushroom cultivation, we work with specialized farms that we have trained in the cultivation of our medicinal mushrooms.
Mycelium vs. fruiting body
Before we go any further, we want to give you a brief introduction to mycology so that you can better understand the care that goes into each batch of our mushrooms.
A fungus is the reproductive part of the organism that we refer to as a fungi .
Mushrooms consist of two main components: the mycelium (which can be compared to a tree trunk) and the mushroom (which is comparable to the fruit of the tree). The mycelium grows underground and can spread over hundreds of kilometers. When the mycelium wants to reproduce, it forms one of its fruits – the mushroom. This fungus releases spores that combine with each other to form new mycelium.
Our extracts are made exclusively from pure fungal tissue and do NOT contain mycelium or the grains and wood on which the mycelium grows.
Gentle drying
Our drying processes are designed in such a way that they do not impair the freshness or the vital ingredients of the mushrooms. This is how we can ensure that you only get the best of nature – pure and unadulterated.
This gentle drying process is carried out by us with the utmost care so that you can enjoy the full power of mushrooms in their purest form.
Ultra-fine grinding
The next step is the ultra-fine grinding of the mushrooms. This innovative technique breaks down the fungi into microscopic particles, which increases the surface area enormously. This enables a more efficient extraction of the active ingredients and ensures that the valuable vitamins, minerals and bioactives can be better absorbed by the body.
The grinding takes place directly before extraction. In this way, we ensure that the entire effectiveness of the mushrooms is preserved and that the nutrients are present in their purest and most concentrated form. In this way, we offer you a product that is particularly effective in both application and effect.
Extraction and concentration
For extraction and concentration, we rely on highly developed processes that enable us to obtain the bioactive substances of the mushrooms in the highest purity and concentration. The mushrooms are processed in a special process to efficiently extract all valuable vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. This concentrated approach ensures that you get the full power of medicinal mushrooms in every dose.
This gentle extraction technology leaves the natural ingredients almost intact and you benefit from a particularly high concentration of the active compounds. Laboratory tests
Each batch of our mushrooms undergoes extensive laboratory testing. These tests check the purity and absence of harmful substances. Through regular and thorough laboratory analyses, we ensure that all products meet the highest standards – both in terms of efficacy and safety.
Every mushroom we offer has been grown and tested under strict conditions to ensure that it not only contains the nutrients you want, but is also free of unwanted contaminants or residues. So you can be sure that you are getting a product that is not only natural, but also tested and certified.
Completion
Finishing and filling is carried out under the highest hygiene standards to ensure that every product arrives at your door in impeccable quality. After passing all the tests and bringing the extracts into their concentrated form, they are filled into special, light-protected and airtight amber glass bottles. This guarantees that the valuable ingredients are retained throughout the process and that the product remains fresh and effective.
